RETURN AND EXCHANGE



You can exchange/return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that they are unused and the packaging is undamaged (the product has not lost its resellability).



Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of a representative of the company you received them from.



In order for the product to be returned, it must be sent with an invoice. Returns of products that have lost their resaleability and cannot be sold to another customer are not accepted and the price is not refunded.
The cost of the products approved for return will be paid to you as soon as possible.



Delivery Stage of Return / Exchange Products to Cargo
* In exchange transactions, both shipping costs (round trip) belong to the customer.
* The product(s) to be exchanged or returned must be sent PAID BY THE BUYER when delivered to the cargo.
* For products sent for return, an amount equal to (1) shipping cost will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
* When delivering the product(s) to the cargo, it will be sufficient to specify the Berra Belle cargo agreement code of the cargo company you have chosen, which we have stated below.

• The cost of the cargo sent to the address you specified for exchange will be sent at your expense.
